Industrial Steam Boilers Rental
Fire tube steam boilers are the most common type of boiler used to meet the need for steam (saturated or superheated) or pressurised hot water required by many industrial processes.
Industrial boilers are an essential component and must operate reliably and continuously throughout the year. Any unexpected or unplanned downtime can jeopardize the entire process.
Babcock Wanson Group’s industrial boiler rental service is here to help when unexpected events such as equipment malfunctions, maintenance schedules or seasonal peaks in demand could disrupt production continuity.
HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRIC BOILERS
Parat IEH high-voltage electrode boilers (a subsidiary of the Babcock Wanson Group) are the most efficient solution for decarbonizing large-scale steam and hot water applications. They combine outstanding performance, fast response, reliability, ease of operation, and an exceptionally compact footprint compared with other technologies.
- Steam output: 7.5 to 45 t/h
- Maximum allowable pressure: 70 bar
- Useful output: 30,000 kW
- Power supply: 6,000 to 24,000 V
LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC BOILERS
Compact and easy to use, Babcock Wanson’s low-voltage electric immersion heater boilers are specifically designed to deliver maximum efficiency with zero CO₂ and NOx emissions.
- Steam output: 20 to 12,000 kg/h
- Maximum allowable pressure: 30 bar
- Useful output: 16 to 8,000 kW
- Power supply: 400/690 V
GAS/OIL FIRE TUBE BOILERS
The most common solution for producing steam for industrial processes. Boilers with capacities below 4 t/h are containerized to provide customers with a complete mobile boiler plant, including all water treatment equipment, feedwater pump, blowdown flash tank, etc. Boilers with capacities of 4 t/h or more are skid-mounted and equipped with a technical enclosure housing the burner and electrical equipment, feedwater pumps, and an access platform for elevated equipment.
- Steam output: 0.3 to 25 t/h
- Maximum allowable pressure: 30 bar
- Useful output: 200 to 17,000 kW
- Fuels: heating oil, natural gas, and propane
GAS/OIL COIL TYPE BOILERS
The coil technology enables very high operating pressures (up to 120 bar) and is ideally suited for rapid steam production, delivering high-quality steam in as little as five minutes from a cold start.
- Steam output: 0.15 to 10 t/h
- Maximum allowable pressure: 120 bar
- Useful output: 100 to 7,000 kW
- Fuels: heating oil, natural gas, and propane
OIL/GAS STEAM SUPERHEATERS
The Babcock Wanson superheater is a self-contained coil-type heating system that converts saturated steam into superheated steam. Superheated steam is typically required either to reduce the risk of condensation during steam distribution or when the kinetic energy of high-pressure steam is needed.
- Steam flow rate: 1 to 15 t/h
- Maximum allowable pressure: 30 bar
- Maximum allowable temperature: 350°C
- Useful output: 150 to 1,300 kW
- Fuels: heating oil, natural gas, and propane
ELECTRIC STEAM SUPERHEATERS
In addition to producing zero CO₂ and NOx emissions, electric superheaters offer higher modulation capability and faster response than fuel-fired versions.
- Steam flow rate: 1 to 30 t/h
- Maximum allowable pressure: 30 bar
- Maximum allowable temperature: 350°C
- Useful output: 150 to 3,200 kW
- Power supply: ≤ 12,000 V
